Route. Zi Fang Lake - Taiji Kung Fu Cultural Show - Phoenix Ridge (Chong Yang Pavilion)
Route Features. Visit the rippling Zifang Lake, enjoy the Taiji Kung Fu Cultural Show, the light of China's national essence, and listen to the story of the thousand-year-old maple leaves whispering in Phoenix Ridge.
Attractions introduction. 01.Zifang Lake Zifang Lake is 4,000 meters long, with a depth of about 65 meters, its surface is rippling, the water is clear and quiet, and the peaks around the lake are undulating. It is listed on the Red List of National Endangered Wildlife together with wild horses and giant pandas. The discovery of the peach jellyfish in Yuntai Mountain has left a physical specimen for biological experts to study, and its discovery is undoubtedly the most powerful affirmation of the ecological protection work in the scenic area.
02. Taiji Kung Fu Cultural Performance Taijiquan is a famous internal martial art in China, which originated in Chenjiagou, Wen County, Jiaozuo. It is an internal martial art created by Chen Wangting, a villager of Chenjiagou, at the end of Ming Dynasty, based on his ancestral martial art, absorbing the essence of all excellent folk martial arts, and combining the techniques of channeling, exhalation and Chinese medicine meridians. For more than 300 years, it has been passed down from generation to generation, and has gradually evolved into many schools such as Yang, Wu, Sun and Wu styles, and is now practiced by more than 300 million people worldwide, making it the most popular sport in the world. Chen-style Taijiquan is a treasure of Oriental culture, which is characterized by rigidity, softness in rigidity, movement of jumping and darting, with the function of exercising muscles, relaxing the meridians, adjusting breathing and calming the mind, long-term practice can strengthen the body, prolong life and achieve the harmonious development of physical and mental health. In the green hills and waters of the scenic area of Xiaozhaigou in Yuntai Mountain, on the banks of the river with swaying trees and gentle breeze, Chen-style taijiquan performances are regularly shown to visitors every day, allowing you to enjoy the perfect fusion of nature and culture in Yuntai Mountain.
03. Phoenix Ridge (Chongyang Pavilion) Phoenix Ridge is located in the southeast of the main peak of Jubilee Peak. Touring Phoenix Ridge can be from south to north, along the way, you will pass through such attractions as Wangxiangtai, Xianque, Xianwu Peak, Wangkintang Terrace, Yuntai View, Chongyang Pavilion, Phoenix Tree, the place where Zhenwu ascended, and Wangxiangyuan. There are two thousand-year-old maples on the ridge, one planted on the slope and the other growing on the bottom of the slope, about 30 meters apart, with a crown height of about 17 meters. The peculiar thing is that these two trees are born to each other, male and female, and are known as the "King" and "Queen" of maples. It is said that they are a pair of phoenixes, which is the name of Phoenix Ridge. The two ancient maples belong to the five-horned maple, which are verdant in spring and summer and red in autumn. On top of the cliffs of Phoenix Ridge towers a building called "Chongyang Pavilion", which is four stories high, with white walls and black eaves, because it is lofty and magnificent between the high mountains and steep hills. This pavilion was built to commemorate the great poet Wang Wei of the Tang Dynasty. In addition, the famous glass walkway of Yuntai Mountain is located here. The glass walkway of Yuntai Mountain is built on a cliff halfway up the mountain at an altitude of 1080 meters in Fenghuangling. The glass walkway is divided into two sections, one of which is U-shaped along the cliff wall and the other is suspended from a thousand-meter cliff, with a total length of more than 400 meters and a width of about 1.6 meters.
