2016 Yuntaishan Global Geopark Geological Science Summer Camp is now open!

Attention young geologists, here comes a fun and informative activity! 2016 Yuntaishan Global Geopark Geology Summer Camp is now open!

This summer, the Yuntaishan Global Geopark, together with the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, will launch the "2016 Yuntaishan Global Geopark Geology Summer Camp". Led by geology experts, you can go deeper into Yuntaishan, climbing the Juhu Peak, exploring the Red Stone Gorge, digging fossils, understanding plants and animals, and training wilderness survival skills, which is fun and knowledgeable! The scientific research team of Yuntai Geomorphology, with Chinese Academy of Sciences academician and famous geologist Li Tingdong as chief advisor, supports the teaching of the summer camp!

Time:July-August 2016, 1 session in 2 weeks, 4 sessions in total

All activities are planned and implemented by senior geology experts and outdoor sports experts, tailored for children who love nature. The activities cover geology, animals, plants, climate, history and other fields, combining observation and practice, fun and knowledge.
