The theme of National Science Popularization Day in 2021 is: starting again in a century, moving towards a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. Yuntaishan Global Geopark’s Museum, as a demonstration base for patriotism education, closely focuses on the theme of "patriotic education theme activity and geoscience popularization ", and combines the learning concepts of patriotic education, green development, geological elements and cultural integration to widely carry out "multi position, wide coverage and joint participation" inside and outside the museum, nearby schools, communities and scenic areas Popular science publicity activities.

During this series of national science popularization day activities, The Museum carried out 18 compulsory science popularization lectures, 14 free science popularization films, distributed more than 1000 science popularization publicity materials, and cooperated with the school to carry out 2 Science Popularization lectures. Among them, the photographic work "childlike innocence to the party" won the first prize of the "Themed photography exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China" in Xiuwu County.

The work named "popularizing Geoscience Knowledge and spreading geological culture" was published on China Natural Resources Daily on Wednesday, September 15.
